Returns Policy

At L’etoile, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns on selected items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order number).

  • The item must be in resalable condition.

Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns:

  • Cosmetics, skincare, and beauty tools (due to hygiene regulations)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at infon@letoile.com.au with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for your return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

6. Consumer Guarantees

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
