2. Order Processing Time

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Processing may take longer during peak periods (e.g. holiday sales).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and other fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL) – Australia Only
If selected at checkout, your parcel may be left unattended at your address without a signature. Please note that L’etoile is not liable for lost or stolen items if ATL is chosen.
7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send it.
8. Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
